To set the translation preference for the fields to "Translatable," you'll need to set the Translation setting for the field group to "Expert" first. Once the settings are applied properly, you'll need to make a small update to the page that contains the ACF fields. After making the update, complete the translation update. The field data should then appear correctly in each language.
