[Gelöst] Pages are being updated without manual action it seems

Background of the issue:
We are experiencing a recurring issue with our website where pages are being (partially) overridden or automatically translated without our intention or action. This issue was previously discussed in a ticket (https://wpml.org/forums/topic/wpml-translate-automatically-content-that-should-not-be-changed/), and we now have evidence of it happening again. Symptoms:
Pages are being updated without manual action or translation job. Content is being changed automatically at random times without user intervention, and no translation jobs were sent at those times. There were no manual updates on the page's translation or original language.

Why are pages being automatically overridden without manual action?
How can we prevent automatic translations from being applied?
