I was in a chat with Mercedes from WPML because I couldn't remove credits from my page and add them to another one. The proble was that I don't have the "Tools" menu in WordPress. Mercede's recommendation was to open a new ticket with the request.

Thanks for your patience. It is strange that the tool tab is missing in WPML > Translation Dashboard. Could you share temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your Website? This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Thanks for your reply. Could you please grant me full administrative access to your Website? I can't seem to check the WPML or any other 3rd party plugins.
