[Gelöst] WPML suddenly have reset

Background of the issue:
Hello guys. Suddenly WPML has been reset. So all translations and everything is gone, and it is asking me to "Start the Setup Wizard". I saw your notice with error in new WP version, so I have updated everything, but the issue still persists.

Symptoms:
WPML has reset, losing all translations and prompting to start the setup wizard.

Questions:
Why did WPML reset and lose all translations?
How can I restore my translations?
