A few days ago (2 weeks approximately) The Automate Woo was working well. So when the user did a Registration Form, the Welcome mail we set with Automate Woo was sent with the language of the site. So if someone was Registered following the form we have in enlace oculto (Catalan version) the mail was in Catalan, also in Spanish version, the mail was sent in Spanish.

For some reason now all the mails are sent in English.

What we have change in our web is that mails are send via smtp. But I can't see that this could be a problem.

You have any idea of which can be the reason?
I have sent also a mail to Automate Woo support team and they answered that should contact you.

The image you have attached is a screenshot of the workflow mails translated in 3 languages.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.

1.- Please increase the WP memory limit. Minimum requirements are 128Mb: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/
You can add this to wp-config.php to increase WP memory:`

/* Memory Limit */
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');

- Add it above the line /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

You can double-check the WordPress memory limit in WPML -> Support

2.- Once the WordPress memory limit is increased, if the issue persists then I kindly ask you to switch back to the previous configuration (before SMTP was setup) and double-check if the issue disappeared.

Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?

Regards,
Carlos

Hi Carlos, thanks for your quick answer.
I have edited the wp-config increasing the memory limit.
And I tried a Registration in Catalan language but the mail I received was in English.
The smpt configuration was changed before and then the mails were correctly sent. I wasn't wrong when telling that I did it after.
The order was:
Setting the workflow in English
configurating the mail via smtp to receive the system mails
Doing the mail translation
Trying and everything was running.

Hi there,
Thank you for your message.

1.- Please describe step by step how to reproduce the issue on the site.

2.- I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Our Debugging Procedures

I will be checking various settings in the backend to see if the issue can be resolved. Although I won't be making changes that affect the live site, it is still good practice to back-up the site before providing us access. In the event that we do need to debug the site further, I will duplicate the site and work in a separate, local development environment to avoid affecting the live site.

Regards,
Carlos

Hi there,

I suspect that the cause of the issue is that all the User Registration forms were created in English.

Please follow these steps:
- Create a full backup of the site
- Go to WPML -> Settings -> Post Type Translation -> Set 'Registrations (user_registration)' to 'Translatable - only show translated items' -> Save the changes
- Edit the forms -> Set the correct languages
- Link the forms to their translations
- Double-check if the issue persists

Could you tell me the results of the steps described above?

Note: I would recommend you to read this guide: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-custom-posts/

Regards,
Carlos
