[Resuelto] Cant do automatic translation

Background of the issue:
I am trying to set up automatic translation on my website by purchasing credits. I am using the pay-as-you-go option and following the instructions here: https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/how-to-sign-up-for-pay-as-you-go/. However, I am unable to find the Automatic Translation tool at the top as shown in this screenshot: enlace oculto, and the toggle doesn't work as shown here: enlace oculto.

Symptoms:
There is no Automatic Translation tool visible at the top, and the toggle for the feature does not work.

Questions:
Why is the Automatic Translation tool not appearing at the top?
Why doesn't the toggle for automatic translation work?
