custom field to 'Copy' and updating translations. 5. For full-width display issues, we instructed to enable the 'Stretch' option in the slider settings for each language. 6. We applied custom CSS to fix a specific issue with the max-width setting in the English slider:

Hello Ana,
Thank you for the update. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
I accessed the Homepage, but for some reason, the sliders are not showing there. Please check this enlace oculto">full-page screenshot for a better understanding.
Are there any restrictions applied to the sliders? If so, kindly disable them so that I can investigate the problem.
Additionally, we have identified an issue with the Woodmart slider that closely resembles the one you've reported. We published an errata detailing the problem along with a workaround. Could you please try the workaround in the errata and see if it resolves the issue?
If the issue persists, it would be helpful if you could share access to your site with administrative privileges.
You will find the needed fields to share the access information below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
IMPORTANT
-Please backup site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: enlace oculto
Hi Ana,
Thank you for sharing the access information.
The workaround may not be applicable in your case, as the slider contents are showing properly on your site.
However, the access you provided didn't work for the main site but did work for the staging site that is mentioned in the WPML Debug info
Upon checking, I found that the "Woodmart Core" plugin was deactivated, which is why the sliders were not showing on the frontend. When I enabled the plugin, the sliders appeared on the frontend, and the slider layout was correctly displayed as full-width in each language. Please check enlace oculto">this fullpage and the attached screenshot.
Since everything is working fine now, the layout issue you encountered could have been a temporary issue caused by cached data. Please clear the caches from your site and browser, then test again. Rest assured that the slider is displaying correctly in each language.
Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
I see in your screenshot that you have entered: griera.es/nuevawebgriera...
But that's not where I have the problem.
The problem is on the main website. To enter it, remember that you must first add the line that I wrote to your hosts file.
If you do not do that before you will not be able to enter the correct website.
Can you try again?
I see that on the Corernca website (where I have the problem) the WoodMart Core plugin is active.
And with it, you don't see the sliders as often in the English and French versions.
FullWidth is only seen correctly in the Spanish version.
Please can you try to enter the correct website so I can review?
Thank you very much for your kindness and patience.
Gracias!
I tried to access the site(enlace oculto) you shared, but the credentials did not work there. Additionally, you mentioned a host file, but upon reviewing the entire conversation, I did not see any mention of a host file.
If the issue you're experiencing is on another site, please provide the link to that site and share access to it. It would be preferable if you could provide access to a site that we can directly access without needing host configuration adjustments. I enabled the private fields for you so that you can securely share the access.
Looking forward to your response and appreciate your patience and kind cooperation in this matter.
I modified the Host file and successfully logged into the site. Upon reviewing the sliders, I noticed that the "Stretch" option was enabled only for the default slider. After enabling this option for the translated sliders, they started to appear correctly in other languages. You can see the screenshot here: enlace oculto
Here is what I did:
- Went to "Slides > Slider" from the Dashboard.
- Opened a slider, for example, the **Best Sellers** slider.
- Switched to the secondary language using the Language switcher on the Topbar of the Admin panel.
- In the layout section, enable the Stretch and Full-width options (Screenshot: enlace oculto) and saved the changes.
I hope it helps. Please feel free to let me know if you need further assistance in this matter. I'll be happy to help.
There is only one that resists me, the one on the home page of the English version, the first one above.
The parameters are the same as the others but the text is hidden behind the categories.
What do I have to play to make it appear like the Spanish and French version?
Attached image.
If we solve that, the slider problems are already solved.
I checked the English slider and noticed an issue: a max-width value was not getting copied over, causing the layout to differ from the Spanish version.
I have adjusted it by applying custom CSS, and now the slider appears correctly in English. Please check this screenshot: enlace oculto
Thank you for the update. I'm glad to hear that the issue is resolved. I'm happy to have been able to assist you with this matter. 🙂
The reason the value wasn't copied over could be due to an internal process or some other reason. However, the exact CSS I shared would load if the value is copied. So, you can continue to use that solution without any issues.
Since the issue is solved now, please feel free to mark this thread as resolved. If you ever need any assistance with our plugins, feel free to reach us. We will be happy to help.
