I understand your requirements. Unfortunately, hiding custom post types based on the selected language isn't directly possible without custom coding. I'm also not aware of any specific plugin that offers this functionality. However, if you're open to using custom code, you can refer to WPML Hook guide to find the Hook that can help.

The wpml_current_language hook could be useful for this purpose. The guide includes examples to help you understand its usage.

Regarding sliders, you can translate them using WPML and set the slider content manually for each language. This allows you to customize the slider content according to your needs in each language.
