Hi - I scanned my theme and Woocommerce for new strings and after that looked for the strings that won't switch language. However I didn't find them. I'll prepare a staging site now where you can take a look. Thx, Frank |

Hey there Frank, Thank you for sharing your results. I've enabled the private fields, so you can share access safely. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you. Thank you – I installed the premium version of the plugin (it’s just not registered for the domain which is why the pro features are not available, but it’s the pro version). |

Great, thank you - yes, I saw that the plugin switches languages on the sandbox site. I just don't know want prevents it on my site. Contrary to your sandbox site, I previously had the free plugin version installed which I then deinstalled to install the premium version of the side cart plugin. This history is a difference to your sandbox site. Thanks, Frank |

Hey there, After reading your message and doing a quick check, I noticed that the plugins do not match between your website and the testing environment I created. Neither the name, nor the version of the plugins are the same. Check the images attached. To verify the functionality, I need to compare the very same plugins in different environment. Can you please check, so that they are the exact same? If you can, please register the plugin in the testing environment. As I said, it's only for testing and we will delete it afterward. Let me know. |

Hi! I'm sorry, I didn't notice that I had installed the free AND the premium version from the one zip installer. Then the free version was activated, not the premium version. I have now activated the premium version on the sandbox site and deleted the free version. The versions are now the same on both sites, except that the premium version must still be registered on the sandbox site in order to show up. I'll ask the plugin author about that and come back to you! Frank |

Hey there, I checked every way possible in the Sandbox and couldn't unfortunately make the strings from the plugin show translated. It looks like the Premium version of the plugin isn't multilingual ready. In this situation, I recommend you to reach out to the theme developer, and ask him for guidance. These plugins are unfortunately not compatible with WPML. You can invite the theme developer to join our Go Global Program, so we can work together to make the premium version WPML compatible and Multilingual ready: I appreciate your understanding. In this context, we need the plugin's author cooperation to make the plugin actually translatable. |
