Problem: When opening a post for translation in the Advanced Translation Editor, either in Italian or German, one or more ACF fields are completely absent from the interface — no input field, copy button, or way to enter the translated value appears. This issue persists even though the field is set with 'Translation Preferences: Copy once', which should display the original value and allow editing upon the first translation. Solution: We recommend two steps to resolve this issue: 1. Change the Translation Preference of the field to 'Translate', so the field will be directly managed by the Advanced Translation Editor, allowing you to manually enter the translation. 2. Change the name of the field (for example, to 'product_gal_description' or something similar) to ensure it is unique and does not conflict with other fields. Additionally, using the Classic Translation Editor in the past normally does not prevent fields from appearing in the Advanced Translation Editor. At most, previous translations might not be synchronized, but the fields should still be visible. Please let us know if these changes help the field to appear correctly in the translation editor.
