Solution: We confirmed that the payment was received and unblocked the client's account. We also addressed a separate issue where translations were not displaying correctly. We advised the client to: 1. Go to WPML->String Translation. 2. Search for the specific strings (e.g., username/email). 3. Ensure that all translations are correctly completed in all languages and select "overwrite existing translations". We provided a direct link for string translation and assigned complimentary credits for the client to use for the translations without additional cost.
