Please be informed that the compatibility of WooCommerce Multilingual 5.2.1 is tested properly with the latest version of WordPress(6.3.2) and we haven't noticed any major issues or such notice. The warning could be a false positive. It is absolutely safe to update to the latest version. If you want, you can take a backup prior to the update.
