I understand the issue you're having. The translation setting or language column configuration might have changed, which is why the column is no longer showing. Please try the following steps, and I hope it will help:

1. Go to WPML > Settings and scroll to the Post Type Translation section.
2. Make sure that the translation preference for the "Posts" post type is set to "Translatable - only show translated items."
3. Save the changes and go back to the Post section to check if you're still having the issue. If so, you may need to adjust the language column configuration.
4. From the Post section, click on the option marked in this screenshot: link nascosto.
5. Select the language column from the options available and save the changes.
6. Clear the caches from your site and browser, then check again.
