The client, a new user of WPML, exhausted their 90,000 translation credits after translating products into 5 languages due to long SEO-optimized descriptions and default settings using the PTC engine at 4 credits/word.

Hi WPML Support Team,

I am a new user and I've just started translating my WooCommerce shop. Unfortunately, my 90,000 credits were completely exhausted after translating only about 15-18 products into 5 languages.

I realized too late that the combination of long SEO-optimized descriptions and the default settings (using the PTC engine at 4 credits/word) consumed my balance at an extreme rate. My credits hit zero before I could even finish the initial setup of my international shop.

As I am still learning how to manage the translation memory and language mappings, I would like to ask if there is any possibility for a one-time credit top-up or a gesture of goodwill to help me continue with my project.

I have now learned how to change the engine and I am planning to optimize my workflow (focusing on fewer languages first) to avoid this in the future.
