Ce sujet est résolu. Voici une description du problème et de la solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate the content of Custom Post Types (CPTs), only the titles were available for translation.
Solution:
We recommended the client to check the WPML settings for Custom Fields Translation. The client managed to resolve the issue by fetching the system fields in the WPML settings under 'Parameter/Custom Fields Translation'. This allowed the client to include CPT fields in the translation editor.

If you're experiencing similar issues with translating CPT content, we recommend you to:
1. Go to WPML's 'Custom Fields Translation' settings.
2. Ensure that the system fields for your CPTs are set to be included in the translation editor.
3. If needed, adjust the settings for each field to make them available for translation.

If this solution doesn't look relevant to your issue, please open a new support ticket with us and we'll be happy to assist you further.

When I want to translate CPTs, the publisher won't let me translate the content, only the titles.

Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or if you prefer to continue the conversation in French. Based on your preference, I will forward this ticket to one of our French-speaking colleagues to assist you further.

I understand that you're having some issues translating the content. Upon checking the French page that you've shared, I noticed that the French contents are loading properly within that page. Kindly check this full-page screenshot(lien caché) for a better understanding.

Were you able to successfully translate the content as intended? If you still require help, please let me know specifically where/how I can see the issue. I will examine it accordingly and try my best to provide the best solution for you.

Looking forward to your response.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hello,

thank you for your feedback (in English) I'll get a translator to continue.

I copied from English and then translated the shared page.

Since then, I've figured out how to set WPML to include CPT fields in the editor, by ffiching the system fields in Parameter/Custom Fields Translation. This should now work for me.

I'm working on setting up each field to get the translation in the editor.

Hello There,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I'm glad to hear that you've found the solution. If you're inserting content through custom fields, you need to make sure that the translation preference for the custom fields are set to translatable. In case you need any assistance with translating the Crocoblock CPT or custom fields, please take a look at this guide: lien caché

If the issue is sorted, please mark this thread a s resolved. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out. I'll be happy to help.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
