Problem:
The client was unable to see their site "it.shop-vasco.com" in the WPML account pages to add credits, despite having registered the site and added the key. Instead, they saw a different, deleted staging site. The client had already tried resetting their cache without success.

Solution:
We confirmed that the site "it.shop-vasco.com" was indeed registered and had credits available. We asked the client if the staging site "https://shop-vasco.com/1710338735939" was a version of the registered site. If it was, we provided a link to the documentation on how to use the Advanced Translation Editor when moving or using a copy of the site:

We instructed the client to complete the process of moving the site key if they received a specific notification on their dashboard. If not, we offered to manually move the credits for them and to assist further in making the site visible under their account.

On our side, I could see that your site "it.shop-vasco.com" is registered and has 61626 credits available assigned to it.

Is lien caché the staging version of this site or is it a completely different site? if it is a staging version, when you login to it.shop-vasco.com dashboard, do you have this notification on the top : https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/using-advanced-translation-editor-when-you-move-or-use-a-copy-of-your-site/

If so please complete moving the site key.

If not, let me know if you would like me to manually move the credits for you and then we could check how to make it visible under your account.

Sorry, i resolved my problem this morning.

I write the action I did here for the next.

- I deleted the key
- I created a new one with the same url
- I go on my site and then : Plugin > add new > Commercial

Then, unregister WPML and add the new one licence key
