simonem-13	Contesto del problema: I am trying to use the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) on my site link nascosto, but it is not working. I have already submitted a support request but have not received a reply. I have tried all troubleshooting options from the WPML dashboard without success. Sintomi: The Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) no longer works. Jobs show status: -1, loading_status: "processing", and translator_settings are missing or corrupted. I can only access translations through the Classic Editor. Domande: Why is the Advanced Translation Editor not working? What can be done to fix the missing or corrupted translator_settings?

Non vedo altri ticket aperti recenti (l'unico altro è di 8 mesi fa) quindi non mi è chiaro come tu abbia chiesto supporto in precedenza. E' possibile avere 1. degli screenshot 2. riferimenti precisi alle pagine su cui c'è il problema 3. accesso al sito
