Problem: The client was trying to translate WooCommerce system emails into German and English. They followed the steps in our guide to translating WooCommerce.
However, with WooCommerce Multilingual enabled, all emails were sent in English only. Disabling WooCommerce Multilingual resulted in emails being sent in the correct language. Solution: This came down to a bug.
We released WPML String Translation 3.2.16, which is expected to address this issue. Please ensure that you have the latest versions of all relevant plugins and themes.
