Problem: The client was unable to save media translations, the save button is not clickable.
Solution: We asked the client if the issue occurred with other media or only the one shown in the video. We recommended performing a minimal environment test by using a default theme and disabling all non-WPML plugins to see if the error persisted.
Ultimately the customer was able to identify a plugin that was causing the problematic behavior with the translated media.
Problem:
The secondary language flag was not showing on a particular page.
Solution:
This issue usually happens when the page is not translated into the secondary language. Please make sure that page is translated into the second language and clear all sorts of cache.
