Problem: The client inquired about integrating their own AI translation tool or a non-partner translation service like n8n with the WPML Translation Hub to handle translation jobs automatically. Solution: We explained that it's currently not possible to integrate non-partner translation services directly with WPML. If the client is interested in integrating a custom translation service, they need to apply through the WPML Translation Partners Program. Once approved and the integration is complete, the service will be available in the WPML interface among other authorized translation services. As alternatives, we offer the Translation Hub for managing translation jobs and an Automatic Translation feature with flexible pricing.
