Ce sujet est résolu. Voici une description du problème et de la solution.
Problem:
The client wanted to revoke credits from a non-existent website and reassign them to another website. The website was listed in the prepaid credit list but not in the sites list, making it impossible to manage the credits through the usual process.
Solution:
We explained that the 2000 credits were initially free WPML credits assigned to sites upon their first registration and typically cannot be shared between sites. However, we made an exception and reassigned the 2000 credits to the client's new site, https://pulse-z.matrix-test.com/. For future reference on managing credits, we recommended following our documentation on how to assign automatic translation credits to your sites, which can be found here: WPML Documentation on Managing Credits.
