Questo thread è stato risolto. Ecco una descrizione del problema e della soluzione.
Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where titles translated from English to Italian on their website revert back to English after some days, despite multiple translations. This issue specifically occurs with titles using a non-standard Elementor widget, which is not listed in the official Elementor or Essential Addon directories.
Solution:
We identified that the problematic widget, 'section title', is likely not a base widget of Elementor and does not appear in the translation editor. The titles were manually translated, which is why they are being overwritten by the original language when the page is reloaded or updated. To resolve this, the widget needs to be made compatible with WPML. This involves registering the widget for translation in WPML's advanced translation editor using a specific XML code. Detailed instructions for this process can be found here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/. Alternatively, replacing the widget with one that is already compatible with WPML could also solve the problem.
