[Risolto] I'm trying to translate a string with String Translator but it wont translate

Hello! I'm trying to translate a string with String Translator but it wont translate on the front page. I was told that I need to create a separate Elementor Template for the english language but I feel that this defeats the purpose of the String Translator.
