WPML: Unable to register: Site key not matching

Problem:
You are experiencing an issue with the WPML license key on your site, indicated by the error message: "WPML: Unable to register: Site key not matching."
Solution:
We recommend re-registering your website by following these steps:
1. Visit https://wpml.org/account/sites and remove your website from the list.
2. Add it again and copy the newly generated key.
3. In your website's admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and click on "Unregister WPML from this site".
4. Register the website again using the key you copied in step #2.

This solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Please follow these steps: 1. Go to wpml.org/account/sites and remove the website from the list; 2. Add it again and copy the newly generated key; 3. In your website's admin panel, go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial Tab and click on "Unregister WPML from this site"; 4. Register the website again, with the key you copied in step #2; That should do the trick. Let me know how it goes.

alexandreA-2	Hi, Before proceeding with the re-registration, can you confirm that we will not lose any of the translations already done on the site as well as the WPML translation credits associated with this website? Thank you for your help.

You won't lose any translations or settings. The registration is more of a bureaucratic step, and has no impact on the translations themselves. Nonetheless, please make sure to have a full website backup before proceeding. As for the credits, once you delete the website that has them, they will return to your account and will be available to be re-assigned. Let me know how it goes.
