Ce sujet est résolu. Voici une description du problème et de la solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues translating pages using Yootheme Pro with WPML. They are confused about whether to duplicate pages or add translations directly in the WP admin. Additionally, they encounter a 'page not found' error for the English version of a page that is visible in German.
Solution:
Firstly, it's important to note that Yootheme is not fully compatible with WPML, which might cause issues with the default translation workflow. We recommend following these steps for translating a page:
1. Visit the WPML documentation on how to translate pages: Translate Pages in WordPress with WPML
2. If some widgets or content do not translate, use the manual/duplicate method. Open the page in the 'WordPress editor', check the 'Duplicate' box, and then translate the page independently using your site builder. Here are the steps:
- Open the WordPress editor and select 'Duplicate': Step 1, Step 2
- Click on the icon to edit the duplication: Edit Duplication
- Click on 'Translate Independently': Translate Independently
3. Publish or update the translation.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. OK, it seem to work now.
I will check some other products to see if i have to manually do something or not.

I have another question, sorry, but i dont understand how to translate pages.
In the Yootheme doc, i see i have to duplicate pages, but in the WP admin in the pages, i see i can add directly the translation, so it is a bit confusing.

As you know, i use Yootheme Pro on all the pages of the site.

For example, a strange thing, the contact page. This is a Yootheme pro page.
In the page i added the 2 languages EN / DE. I can see this page in DE, but not in EN => page not found.

But this page is not duplicate.

Can you please help me on that ?
I have the same question regarding the others pages, like home page, etc.

Hello,

It is hard to tell why exactly this is occurring since I do not have access to your live site, on the testing site you shared, all the pages are not translated.

As a first part, Yootheme is not compatible with WPML, so this means that the default translation workflow might not work OR would not be able to translate everything (similar to your first issue where some of the widget weren't translated)

As a test, here is the default workflow that i recommend you follow for one of your pages, try with your homepage for example : https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translate-pages-in-wordpress-with-wpml/

If any of the widgets/content did not get translated, that's when the Manual/duplicate method would work, Simply open the page in "Wordpress editor" as shown in this screenshot and select the Duplicate box :
1- lien caché
2- lien caché

Now you can translate the page in other languages by clicking on this icon : lien caché

And finally, click on translate independently, so you would be able to open the translations with your site builder :
lien caché

Once done, click to publish or update the translation.

I hope this was clear, let me know if you have any other questions,

Best,
