You are experiencing a 404 error when trying to access a product category page in a secondary language on your website, while the main language link works correctly.
Solution:
We recommend following these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Visit this documentation which describes a similar problem.
2. Navigate to WPML > Taxonomy Translation, select Product Categories from the list, and ensure that all fields under the Label section are filled out for all languages, including Singular, Plural, and the Slug.
3. Clear your website's cache and resave your permalinks.
