We have the WooCommerce PayUnityCw plugin that adds the PayUnityCw payment gateway to WooCommerce. It creates a new page with a shortcode that works fine on the default language it works fine and loads payment gateway. However, when using it on the second language, EN, it does not load properly. The page is being translated but the shortcode is not loading.

I have tested it but the shortcode does not work if you enter manually. It does not display on the page directly and inspecting the site shows that the content is completely empty.
Is there anything else you can think I can do in here?
We can examine this issue more closely on the staging environment. However, it is likely that the plugin author will need to implement additional adjustments in their code to ensure compatibility.
