Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. If you want to continue the conversation in Spanish, please feel free to let me know. I will check and forward this ticket to one of our Spanish-speaking supporters.

I understand the issue you're having. We deployed an update for ATE a few days ago, and the problem you encountered could be due to browser caches. Could you please follow the instructions mentioned in the Errata below and check if that helps in solving the issue?

Our team is actively working on resolving the issue. However, please let me know if the workaround mentioned in the Errata helped in addressing the problem, or if you need additional assistance. I'm here to help if you require further support.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

This solution doesn´t work for me. I was doing the traslation manually.. and know I receive a message "You don't have enough credits to translate automatically! Get more credits"...

I don´t need automatic tranlation, I want to do it manually.. Whats happening?

Thanks.

Regards.

Richard

Hello Richard,
I hope you're doing well. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.

I understand that you're manually translating content using the Advanced Translation Editor. The message about automatic translation credits in the Translation editor will display by default because the editor will try to automatically translate content if you have credits available. You can safely ignore this message.

Regarding the issue with the Translation box in the Editor, we have released an update for the translation editor that may resolve the problem. Please try the following steps and check again:

- If you have any in-progress translation jobs, cancel them by following the instructions provided here: https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/#how-to-cancel-translation-jobs.

- After canceling any jobs, open the default page or post you are trying to translate in the WordPress editor and make a minor change to the title.

- Clear the caches on both your site and browser properly, then attempt to update the translation. The box for adding translations should now load correctly.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
