Problem:
The client from Valfrids webshop experienced a loss of formatting in the translated versions of their products from Swedish to German and English. They suspect the issue might be related to the WPML settings for 'XLIFF file options' and 'New lines character'. The client has already used up their translation credits and purchased additional credits.
Solution:
We acknowledged the formatting issue as a known problem and directed the client to our documentation on this issue at https://wpml.org/errata/line-breaks-are-ignored-when-using-the-advanced-translation-editor/. We advised the client to:
1. Edit the product in the original language and make a small change to the content.
2. Save the changes.
3. Go to WPML > Translation Management and send the product for automatic translation.
