Hello. We have a main menu option with a custom link called "Empresa" and in the custom link it has a '#' and it's not translated. I need that text to appear in English and French. Can you tell me how I can translate this link?
Certainly, it is possible, however, before proceeding further, I would like to clarify a few things. Have you attempted to follow the guide that I shared with you earlier regarding the translation of custom links?
Kindly upload the screenshots demonstrating the issue you are facing, along with the steps you took, so that I can assist you better.
Thank you for your feedback. Now, it is straightforward what the issue is.
I noticed that you are using outdated WPML plugins. Could you please update your WPML plugin and add-ons to the latest version, 4.6.10, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements? This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, in order to troubleshoot the issue best, we need to work on the latest code available.
You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/
If you do not see the updates, you might need to click on the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.
After, try again to translate this menu item.
Please remember to backup your database first before you proceed.
Let me know if the issue persists after an update has been done.
