Background of the issue:
I keep encountering a specific issue with the WPML translation tool. After updating the translation (for example, because an error was found), it often reverts links on the project pages, such as those to factsheets (PDF), back to the Dutch version automatically. For example, for the versteckter Link page, I recently updated the translation because there was an error in the English translation.
Symptoms:
You can now see on the English site that the Dutch PDF of the factsheet is online again, while previously the English PDF was displayed.
