Overview of the issue

When using AffiliateWP alongside WPML, the Affiliate Area’s content fails to display on translated pages.

Workaround

Please, make sure of having a full backup of your site before proceeding.

  • Open your theme’s functions file.
  • Add the following code:
    add_filter( 'affwp_affiliate_area_page_id', function( $affiliate_page_id ) {
    	return apply_filters( 'wpml_object_id', $affiliate_page_id, 'page' );
    } );

  1. This helps me so much. I struggled to find a solution to this issue and I lost days. AffiliateWP don’t give any solution and respond verry late to a ticket. The Affiliate Area page in English was working good, but in other languages only the dashboard tabs. AffiliateWP says to use Loco Translate plugin but you have to approve string by string, manually.
    Because I was under attack from Moskva, the website is in maintenance mode and you need to use a bypass link, to access the website.

    Thank you!
