Any issue that occurs within our plugins and services is 100% our responsibility to resolve. This includes WPML and its add-on plugins, our Toolset plugins, and automatic translation service.

Support for Compatibility Issues
We make WPML compatible with third-party products by developing code for our plugins. We also help our partners write code for their themes and plugins.
Our priority is to make your site work. Sometimes, we cannot help fix a compatibility issue that is caused by a third-party theme or plugin. However, we will still do our very best to offer you workarounds or suggest alternatives that will let you get the job done.
Support for Custom Code
Your site may use custom code and we cannot assume responsibility for it. However, we’ll do our very best to use our expertise, experience, and knowledge to help you resolve problems in your custom code.
