[Electro Theme] Unable to edit translated pages with Elementor

Overview of the issue

If you’re using the Electro theme, attempting to edit translated pages with Elementor instead of our Advanced Translation Editor may result in an error message. You won’t be able to edit the page, and you’ll receive the following message: “The ‘the_content’ function must be called on the current theme for Elementor to work on this page.”

Workaround

  • Using the WordPress Editor, open the translated page you want to edit.
  • Scroll down to the Home Options section.
  • In the General tab, enable the Page content option.
