Hi Elia,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

Due to the high volume of tickets in the Italian forum, I took your ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or prefer to continue the conversation with one of my Italian-Speaking colleagues. I will be happy to forward this ticket.

I understood that some parts of your site are not showing translated. Since you've built your site with Elementor, one possible reason could be that the widgets used in those sections have not been registered for translation.

However, a thorough inspection is required to understand the actual cause of the issue. I kindly request you share the link to the page where you're having the issue. I will check and let you know what to do next.

Looking forward to your response.

Best Regards,
Prosenjit

Hello Elia,
Thanks for sharing the links.

I checked the Italian and Polich homepage and except for the testimonials, everything appears to be translated properly. Please check the screenshot below for a better understanding(Scroll over the images to show the full page).

Polish Homepage: link nascosto
Italian Homepage: link nascosto

Can you please share where exactly you're having the issue? A screenshot will greatly help in understanding. I will check and let you know what to do next.

On the other page you've shared, I found that the product detail section(link nascosto), a button, and a section heading are not showing translated. Apart from these, I didn't notice anything else. However, If you have noticed issue in some other parts also, please let me know by sharing a screenshot. For now, I'm including a response for each issue I've identified, below.

Product detail section: On a closer inspection, I found that you have used a widget from your theme to implement that specific section. The issue might be that the translation support for this particular widget has not been added yet, which is why the contents added through this widget are not displaying as translated. To resolve this and display the translated contents, you will need to register the widget for translation following the instructions mentioned in this documentation: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/language-configuration-files/how-to-register-page-builder-widgets-for-translation/

Otherwise, you have to manually translate that particular section in each languages. I hope you can understand.

Please also be informed that the theme you're using(Marblex) is not listed in our compatible theme directory. You can discuss with them regarding the translation issue and request them to join the Go global program of WPML. You can find more information about the program here: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/go-global-program/

Button Translation: The button text can be translated directly from the Translation editor. But, if you don't see the button there, please search for the text by going to "WPML > String Translation" section. If that text appears in the result, add the translation by clicking on the "+" icon.

Check this documentation for more information: https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

Section heading Translation: As the section heading(link nascosto) is added using a default elementor widget, it should appear translated. Please try the following steps and check if that helps to solve the issue.

- Open the English version of this post(link nascosto) in WordPress Editor
- Make a small change in the title by adding a character and save the changes.
- When you save the changes, you'll notice a translation update icon on the language meta section(Screenshot: link nascosto). Click on that and update the translation.
- Make sure to 100% complete the translation and save them.

Please try and let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
