Problem:
You are trying to reconnect your payment card to your account for the pay-as-you-go service on your website but receive a message that you will be able to reconnect only in 12 hours.
Solution:
1. We recommend resubscribing to the Pay-as-you-go service via WPML -> Translation Management -> Tools on your site. For more details, visit how to sign up for pay-as-you-go.
2. If you recently paid the €100 safety limit, you should now be able to continue using the service. Please try reconnecting now.
3. If you are still experiencing issues, it might be due to the system's design, which we cannot alter. Please check if the issue persists and confirm.
