Problem:
The client is currently using an inactive WPML account on the site teethan.com and has requested deactivation and a refund for the service. They wish to switch from the old account to a new one and register WPML on the site. A message in WordPress indicates that the WPML plugin being used has not been paid for, and after receiving a refund, the plugin must be removed. The client is unable to access the new account and re-register the site.
Solution:
We recommend going to Plugins > Add New > Commercial in your WordPress dashboard. From there, you can remove the old license and enter the new one. This action will not affect your translations.
