Hi there, I added the credits to your account so you should be able to use them now. I see that you have Pay-As-You-Go enabled and even on a legacy pricing which should be even better (and cheaper) than buying prepaid credits, so may i ask: 1) why do you prefer prepaid credits? These questions might give us a better understanding of how you work and what your workflow is which will help us improve our interfaces and our products! In the meantime, if you have pay as you go enabled, you won't be able to send any credits from your WPML.org account, because it could interfere with the credit usage when using the Pay-As-You-Go credits (but you can always contact us and we will add them to your site). Regards. |

I'm a bit confused here so let me try to explain what happened here to see. 1) Where did you expect to see the credits? this will help me understand what to do next 2) the credits will appear in WPML > Translation Management (Übersetzungsmanagment) and that means that they are available and are in your account. 3) However you then sent them to WPML.org which is something you shouldn't have done because you won't be able to see them in your WPML.org account because of what i explained before on my previous reply. 4) You can't see the amount of credits from WPML.org because as tyur screenshot shows you'll see there the amount of pay as you go credits you have used this month, NOT the prepaid credits. At this moment we are right where we started: with the credits in your WPML.org account. I would like to request brief access to the site so i can record myself and explain the entire situation and how things are supposed to look and work, since i notice that you're a bit confused about how things work. if that's ok by you then you'll be able to add the credentials in your next reply, on a secure and private field. Regards. |
