Thanks for your patience. Ok, I can confirm that the media translation is not working when I tested it here hidden link . I will continue to troubleshoot this further and will come back to you.

Hi,
After creating a new page and translate it, I was still unable to access the page I translated (as explained here: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/as-soon-as-i-translated-a-specific-block-i-cant-display-a-pages-translatin-anymore/page/5/#post-16612969)

Therefore, I can't check if the images are translated.

Could you please check why I cannot access some of the pages hidden link in your WP dashboard? Also, regarding the new page that you created, could you share the URL of the page in question here so that I can check?

Thank you for your response. I've reviewed both the English page at hidden link and the corresponding French page at hidden link, and observed that they display identical images. Initially, I wasn't sure which image you intended to translate. For testing purposes, I used a dummy image on the French language page to translate the image located at hidden link.

Upon translation, the image did not update. However, after navigating to the troubleshooting section at hidden link and clicking on "Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs," the image on hidden link did update. Could you please verify if this resolves the issue on your end as well?

Thanks for testing.
1. As explained I couldn't navigate to the french page when I provided you with my feedback. You obviously didn't change the URL. So can you tell me how you got there?

2. By using the troubleshooting function today, you actually unlocked the page's images translation (unless this is related to what you did to make the french translation available?à. But does this mean I should troubleshoot WPML everytime I publish a translation?

Could you please try accessing the site using the credentials you've provided me?

Additionally, the troubleshooting option is typically used for resolving sync issues. It's possible that a cache or server issue is preventing the media translations from syncing properly. Therefore, we'll need to perform a manual sync, as demonstrated in the screen recording.

Ok I'll explore that server caching related issue.
But in the meantime, can you tell me how you could access the french translation of the page I created and translated: /tiwal2l-blocks/.
Until you intervene, it wasn't available. After, it is!
I must miss something.

So I created another page. I went to the same process.
1. Create a page
2. Put minimum content (just one of our custom blocks, with an image)
3. Fill the content
4. Save the page
5. Translate it to French - Now I'm sent to translation management. Never had that one... Not convenient but I'll assume that's a consequence of your troubleshooting issues? Whatever...
Once translated to 100% and validated, successfully (I get the pencil for the french content...) I still can't switch to the french page!

SO! I did another test, from your account, just in case my account is guilty. From your account, first attempt, I had no issue. I was not sent to the Translation Management tool, and the page was translated. Not the images though.

On the second attempt , the text fileds from the custom blocks were missing!

Yet another test. Now I'm sent to the Translation Management tool again, and... I'm not allowed to translate.

Finally, If I use the troubleshooting option, it seems to solve the issues (images not translated, missing translations), but as soon as I update a content, new issues arise.

So to sum it up, I faced, one after another, the following issues:
- Can't access the page (with my account, seems consistent)
- Can't see get the translated images (even from your account)
- Sent to translation management (random on your account)
- Not allowed to translate anymore
- Get the image transaltion, but lose it after updating the french translation

All of this just seems random to me.
