This might happen if the site and WPML server are not connected properly. Would you please try the workarounds mentioned in the guide below? This is the info for the critical error. Ein Fehler vom Typ E_ERROR wurde in der Zeile 36 der Datei /kunden/539710_35119/webseiten/wordpress/twike.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/records/class-wpml-tm-icl-translation-status.php verursacht. Fehlermeldung: Uncaught InvalidArgumentException: Unknown column: rid or invalid id: 0 in /kunden/539710_35119/webseiten/wordpress/twike.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/sitepress-multilingual-cms/classes/records/class-wpml-tm-icl-translation-status.php:36 So, there was no problem before.. Now I have to invest a lo of time into a problem, where no problem should be. |

Hi There, Sorry for any inconvenience you had. It seems something within your site is interrupting the Translation operation of WPML. To understand the root cause, a closer inspection will require. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better if you could share a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Hello There, As the issue was happening in the "Translations" section of WPML, I checked there and found a page and a form that have the same name: “Rank-Up-Prozess”. I checked both and found that the Translation editor is getting opened correctly. Also, I didn't noticed any error message on the Dashboard. Kindly check this video(versteckter Link) that I made during checking. Since everything was working fine during my investigation, maybe the issue was temporary and caused by the caches. Please try clearing the caches from your site and browser as well. I hope it will help. But, if you're still seeing the issue, kindly share the steps I should follow to reproduce it. I will check accordingly and try my best to resolve the issue if it exists. Best Regards, |

Hello There, Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I was not available during the weekend which caused the delay. I will make sure to send a response in a timely manner from now. Thank you for sharing the video. I now understand that the issue only occurs when updating the Spanish translation. During my previous inspection, I checked both the form and page without attempting to update the Spanish translation. This is why the issue did not appear at that time. However, I tried to access the database manager of your site to implement a solution but due to not having sufficient privileges, I couldn't be able to access the database manager.
