[Gelöst] Stuck in translation and no translation queue
Dieses Thema ist gelöst. Hier finden Sie eine Beschreibung des Problems und der Lösung.
Problem: The client is experiencing issues with a stuck translation process and cannot access the translation queue, resulting in a blank page in the backend. Solution: 1. If you're experiencing a stuck translation process, we recommend sending the page or post for translation again, as this often resolves the issue. Please follow the instructions in our guide: How to edit a stuck page based on your chosen translation mode. 2. If the translation job appears to be stuck even after it's 100% completed, try clearing the site's caches, as caching can sometimes delay the update of translation status. 3. If the problem persists, locate the stuck translation job in the "WPML > Translation Management > Jobs" section and cancel or delete it from there.<br /

I just translated a part of our site but it is not possible that the english site appears. The translation process stuck. And I also see that it is not possible to come to the translation queue. I only see a white site in the backend. What can I do?
Hello There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support. Sorry for the delay in responding due to the weekend.
I understand the issue you're having. If the translation process is stuck, sending the page or post for translation again most of the time resolves the issue. Would you please follow the instructions mentioned in the guide below and check if that helps to solve the issue?
If the problem continues despite these steps, kindly provide the link to the page or post you are attempting to translate, as well as a screenshot of the ATE Error log page. You can locate the ATE error log by navigating to WPML > Support, then going to Advanced Translation Editor → Error log. I will check and advise you on what to do next.
Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.
WPML shows me that 1 translation is in the list but when I look in the jobs there is no translation open. Where do I find this open translation to delete it?
The stuck translation job should appear in the "WPML > Translation Management > Jobs" section, rather than in the Translation queue. You can cancel or delete the translation job from there. The items that need translation or review will be listed only in the Translation queue.
But, if you can confirm that the Translation is 100% completed but still shows stuck, you can check by clearing the caches from the site. Sometimes due to the caching, the translation status can take a bit of time to get updated.
If the issue persists even after that, please kindly provide the link to the page or post you are trying to translate, as well as a screenshot of the ATE Error log page. You can find the ATE error log by navigating to WPML > Support ↳ Advanced Translation Editor → Error log. I will check and let you know what to do next.
