Hello There, To reduce the waiting time, I took this ticket and responded in English. Please let me know if you're okay with it or if you want to continue the conversation in Spanish language. I will check and forward this ticket to one of our Spanish-speaking supporters to assist you in the Spanish language. The option previously known as "Clear language information and repopulate languages" has been updated to two separate options: "Set Language Information" and "Reset Languages". You'll find both buttons a little further down on the Troubleshooting page. The issue should be resolved on clicking the 'Set language information' button. Please make sure to take a backup before clicking the button, specifically the "Reset Language" button, as any custom language you've added will be reset upon clicking that button. If the issue persists even after that, you can remove the message from the Database by following the instructions mentioned in this response: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/cant-clear-language-information/#post-11052203 [Take a full backup of the database before executing any SQL queries in the Database] Regarding translating the WooCommerce email strings, please follow these steps: 1. In the text box (as shown in the screenshot: enlace oculto), add any additional text or characters. Let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter. Best regards, |

I have made the adjustments that you have told me, but the problem has not been solved, the WooCommerce strings are not found in the "string translation" section. |

Hello There, The error notices you see in the WordPress dashboard ('Some records are missing in WPML's language tables...') and the issue of not being able to find the WooCommerce string for translation are different. By following the suggestions outlined in my previous response, you should be able to resolve the error notice. However, you should still be able to translate the string without any issues. To see and translate the string, please try the following steps: 1. Add some custom text in the WooCommerce mail configuration section. The placeholders showing in the text box will not appear in the String Translation, so make sure to add some text and save the changes. However, if you still don't see the string in the String translation, you may need to check in the Admin screen, as the strings you want to translate may be stored there, and you need to register the string for translation. Please check in the admin screen section by following this guide and if you find the string there, register it for translation. Then, you should be able to translate the string from String Translation. I hope the information above will help. Please feel free to let me know if you need further aassistance in this matter. I will be happy to help. Best regards, |

Hello There, As I mentioned in my last message, have you tried searching for the string in the Admin screen?
If the text still doesn't appear, a closer inspection will be necessary to understand what is preventing the text from appearing for translation. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. You will find the needed fields below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it. IMPORTANT Looking forward to your response. Best Regards, |

Hello There, Thank you for providing the access information. After optimizing the String Tables and generating MO files from "WPML > Support > Troubleshooting," I was able to see the string you were trying to translate in the String Translation section. Please check this screenshot: enlace oculto. You can translate that string. However, scanning the WooCommerce Plugin from "WPML > Theme and Plugins Localization" should also list the string in WPML > String Translation. When I attempted to scan the plugin, the process got stuck at 125 processed strings. In the browser console, the following error was displayed:
This error usually occurs if the server is blocking a WPML script from being executed or blocks the page from where the scanning is happening (`sitename.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=sitepress-multilingual-cms%2Fmenu%2Ftheme-localization.php`). Once the scan process gets stuck, refreshing the page triggers a captcha from Bitninja provided by your hosting. Upon completion, I can access the site again. Therefore, it seems there is a security rule implemented by your hosting that is preventing the scan from being completed. As a result, the email string is not showing up in the String Translation section. It would be best to reach out to the hosting support and ask them to check why the scn process gets blocked by Bitninja. I hope they can assist you in this matter. Please also make sure that the minimum requirements for running WPML are met in the server. - https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/ Please let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter. Best regardss, |
