Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that our 'PAGE : Documentation' template is fully translated using WPML. On the WPML translations queue page, I noticed that the template is still marked 'In progress' even though 100% of the fields have been translated.
Symptoms:
The 'PAGE : Documentation' template is marked 'In progress' despite being 100% translated.
Questions:
How can the template be marked 'In progress' when it is 100% translated?
We have proper fields to share credentials safely - the forum is public, and the information was shared on the forum. Anyway, I've deleted the information. Please make sure to change or delete all the information that was previously shared publicly and share the credentials again.
The required fields can be found below the comments section. The information you enter is private, i.e. only you and I can see it and have access to it.
I may need to replicate your website locally. To do this, I need to temporarily install a plugin called "Duplicator" or "All in One WP Migration" on your website. This will allow me to create a copy of your website and content. Once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local website. Let me know if this works for you.

I've downloaded a copy and noticed that the issue only happens when the JetPopup is active, what indicates a conflict. I've escalated a package to 2nd tier, they usually take a few days to find a solution. I'll keep you posted.
We're still analyzing. We've checked the debug log and noted either timeout or memory exhaustion errors - we still haven't figured out what exactly is causing this behavior. We are still looking into it, thank you for your patience.
