Problem:
The client has set up string translations for button URLs on their multilingual website. However, when they update the page translation, the string translations reset, causing the buttons to revert to their original, untranslated URLs.
Solution:
We asked the client to confirm whether the URLs in the buttons were full or partial and to check if they had applied a specific workaround related to translation issues from the WPML errata page (https://wpml.org/errata/wordpress-6-7-mo-files-not-loaded-and-leading-to-missing-translations-on-front-end/). Additionally, we requested screenshots or a video to better understand the issue and asked for site access to take a closer look at the configuration, ensuring that the client had backed up their site before sharing credentials.
