We recommend that you either remove this later or deactivate English in WPML -> Settings if it's not needed publicly. Additionally, we adjusted the dropdown language switcher by removing the #ffffff color defined in the language switcher settings to make the text visible. It's important to translate the templates to ensure that headers are correctly output on the translated versions.
