Problem: The client's automatic translation credits were not syncing from their WPML account to their site.
Solution: 1. We identified that the client had multiple automatic translation accounts, which led to credits being stuck due to the use of different accounts after site migration, reset, or WPML reset. 2. We moved the stuck credits back to the client's WPML.org account. 3. We instructed the client to: - Visit their WPML account sites page and remove the existing key for the current site. - Generate a new key and copy it. - Go to the site's backend under Plugins > Add new > Commercial. - UN-register WPML from the old key and re-register WPML with the new key. 4. After re-registering, the client should assign the credits back to their site by following the steps provided in the documentation on how to assign automatic translation credits.
