Attempts to delete and recreate the header, switch to manual translation, turn off 'I prefer bigger segments', and use an older version of the translator have not resolved the issue. The header reaches 100% completion, but saving causes the translation to refresh, and switching to English makes the header disappear. Upon investigation, it was found that the issue might be related to the use of WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce, which is not officially compatible with WPML.
