To translate the table, you'll need to create an English version of it. However, it seems by taking a manual translation approach. It is possible to translate and display the table correctly in each language. Please try the following-

1. Navigate to 'Datatable by Supsystic' and create a new table, ensuring all content is in English.
2. After creating the English table, copy its shortcode.
3. Proceed to "WPML > String Translation" and search for the shortcode used in the short description of the default product.
4. Should you find the shortcode, click the "+" icon under the English flag and paste the newly created English table's shortcode.
5. Click outside the box to save your changes.

This method should be helpful, although it might be a bit of extra work if you have a larger amount of table. Given the lack of WPML support for the plugin, this workaround is the best suggestion for now.
