Problem:

If you're experiencing issues with an ACF WYSIWYG field in WPML-translated categories where the content does not display even though it is present in the database, and updates to the field do not persist after reloading the category, this summary might help.

Solution:

We recommend upgrading to the latest versions of WPML Multilingual CMS, String Translation, Advanced Custom Fields PRO, and Advanced Custom Fields Multilingual. Ensure to perform a full site backup before upgrading. After updating, clear all types of caches to check if the issue still persists.
