I hope you are doing well. I am writing to request the invoice corresponding to a recent charge on my credit card for WPML-ATE, dated February 17, 2026, for the amount of 105.61.
This invoice does not appear in my WPML account, so I would appreciate it if you could provide it to me or let me know where I can download it.
Sorry but I cannot locate any ATE transaction for the card ending in those digits with that specific amount and date you mentioned. I also tried to see if there's any WPML subscription charge for that information and I also couldn't find any.
Can you please double check and make sure those are the correct credit card last four digits?
Can you also attach any other proof of this payment - eg. a bank transaction statement, a screenshot of any email you might have received from us regarding this specific charge etc.
Any extra information will help us locate this transaction.

1. Could you please confirm to which email address the invoice(s) were sent? We have not received them and want to ensure they are being delivered correctly.
2. We have noticed a charge made to a credit card that we did not authorize for automatic payments. Could you please advise how we can disable automatic payments for our account? We would like to ensure that any future translation charges require manual confirmation and that the card is requested before processing any payment.

1. The pay-as-you-go billing information (including the payment method used) is added in the website backend > WPML > Translation Dashboard > Translation Tools > the proper tab for payment info.
I can see you have many client websites, so the invoices for each site should be sent to the email address configured in the site's backend.
